You can take it as far as you want to, there are different levels of diets provided depending on how far you want to go with things, there are no gimmick foods, no gimmick crap to buy, the only things you should have are a water bottle, a mat to practice on, and a heart rate monitor would be a great investment when you can afford one(The sooner the better) Beyond that what you get out of the program is entirely dependant on how much time you're willing to invest, there are light workouts in the 10-15 minute range, and then there are extreme workouts ranging in the hour plus length, all with modifications to make the program work for you. DDPY combines power yoga poses, dynamic resistance, rehabilitation exercises, and classic calisthenics(Crunches lunges push ups etc) all provided with modifications so that you can make the program your own.

I've met Arthur, Met Dallas, and I've met pretty much all of the people in the DVDs, What you see is what you get, its a great workout that can be used by people of all fitness levels. It will give you what you put into it, its accessible for pretty much ALL fitness levels, I get the cynical attitude - however its not what DDPY is about, I suggest joining the facebook group, as it is one of the most positive and best spots to learn about the program.
